Platform Scope

Afyachain operates solely as a digital marketplace platform that facilitates connections between independent vendors and customers. Afyachain does not manufacture, own, stock, handle, distribute, or directly supply any products listed on the platform.

Vendor Independence

All products, services, and related transactions displayed on Afyachain are provided, managed, and fulfilled exclusively by third-party vendors. These vendors are independent entities and are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, availability, quality, legality, and fulfillment of orders.

Transaction Performance

While Afyachain provides a secure system for order placement, tracking, and communication, it does not guarantee the performance, delivery, or fulfillment of any transaction conducted through the platform.

Unfulfilled, Delayed, Defective, or Disputed Orders

In the event of an unfulfilled, delayed, defective, or disputed order:

• Afyachain’s role is limited to facilitating communication, tracking, and dispute reporting between the customer and the vendor.
• Afyachain does not assume liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from vendor actions or inactions.
• Customers agree that all claims related to product fulfillment must be directed to the respective vendor.

User Acknowledgement

By using the Afyachain platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Afyachain is not a party to the contract of sale between the buyer and the vendor.
• Afyachain shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions conducted through the platform.
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Administrative Action

Afyachain reserves the right to monitor vendor activity and may take administrative action against vendors who violate platform policies, but such actions do not constitute acceptance of liability.

Support and Resolution

For any disputes, users are encouraged to utilize the platform’s built-in support and tracking systems to seek resolution.
